It seems like every Cape Cod party serves some sort of scallops wrapped in bacon. Well, these have a few subtle differences we think you'll like.
- 1 pint of bay scallops
- 1 lb of bacon
- Lemon Juice
- Brown Sugar
Marinate bay scallops in lemon juice for 1 day - use fresh, not that awful reconstituted stuff.
Cut bacon slices in thirds and wrap each scallop.Secure with toothpick, put into baking pan and sprinkle scallops with brown sugar 425 for around 20 minutes.
Great on a cool evening or any of the autumn and winter holidays.
