I just want to say thanks to Brian Cooper for his exceptional Customer Service this morning 
around 11:30AM Eastern,I accidentally scrubbed my right front tire on the curve this morning 
around 8:00AM.  I truly panicked once I saw the damage I had done.  I really truly believed  it

and they gave me his number.  I called Brian immediately and he answered his phone as 
he always does and asked  if he had the time to look at the Rim today.  Brian immediately 
told me to meet him at INFINITI as he was currently repairing several other vehicles.  I met 
Brian a Hour later and he stopped what he was doing and brought my murdered Rim back 
to life.
